Prime Rib of Beef

Our "AAA" Canadian Prime Rib of Beef is well aged, rubbed with a unique blend of spices and slow roasted to seal in the natural juices for the ultimate in taste perfection. We hand-carve every 8 oz. portion to order and top with our house made beef jus. Served with market fresh vegetables and our Chef's potato of the day.

Lemon Dill Salmon

Fresh filet of Atlantic Salmon baked with fresh dill and lemon served
with fresh market vegetables and rice.

Chicken Marsala

Fresh Ontario Chicken breast pan seared and served with a mushroom, white wine,
and fine herb cream sauce.

Pesto Fettucinni

Fettucini noodles tossed in a basil infused pesto, white wine cream sauce and a sauteed
medley of mushrooms and shallots. Finished with Chevre cheese.

Dessert

Flourless Chocolate Cake with a Ganache Icing.
